4. Data retention period

2. relate to transactions involving  narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety,  drug paraphernalia, cigarettes,  items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity, stolen goods including digital and virtual goods, the promotion of hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory or the financial exploitation of a crime, items that are considered obscene,  items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction,  certain sexually oriented materials or services,  ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.

3. relate to transactions that  show the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law, support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs,  are associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts funded by a credit card, are for the sale of certain items before the seller has control or possession of the item,  are by payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants,  are associated with the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses,  involve certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or insurance activities, or  involve offering or receiving payments for the purpose of bribery or corruption.

1. Advice and good practices for submitting an ad:

The title of the ad must be clear and precise

The text of the ad must be related to the product or service offered.

The ad must be placed in the category corresponding to the type of good or service

Do not post the same ad several times: delete the ad before reposting it.

Indicate and offer a fair price to sell as quickly as possible.

Ads must include at least one photo or image. Photographs or images must represent the property for sale and must not be used to illustrate multiple advertisements. It is prohibited to insert photos of recognizable minor children.

2. Content, products and services not authorized on Africalist

Any advertisement containing text elements (words, expressions, sentences, etc.) which appear to be contrary to legal or regulatory provisions, good morals, these distribution rules or likely to disturb or shock readers

 will be refused by Africalist without this gives any right to compensation for the benefit of the User.

Any content that encourages, glorifies or could constitute a form of racism, violence, intolerance, xenophobia, or terrorism, or infringes human rights and freedoms

Any content that is misleading, false, dishonest, misleading, ambiguous, inaccurate, or even one element of which could mislead

Any pornographic, erotic, fetishistic, or sexually explicit content.

Any content associated in any way with “adult” services including sexual services, escort, companionship services, or relating to any sexual or prostitution interactions.

Any content associated with a person under the age of 18

Tobacco, drugs and associated objects, dangerous and illicit substances

Medicines, treatments and devices sold under medical prescription

Cosmetics or beauty products opened outside their original packaging.

Products presented as miraculous

Products and objects recalled and withdrawn from the commercial sales circuit.
